Privacy and sensitive information

The contact form stores the fields you submit and the submission time on this server. The editor uses the record to review the message. Contact records are retained for up to 90 days, unless a security or legal reason requires longer retention.

Routine server logs are used to detect abuse and diagnose errors. This site does not use advertising trackers or cross-site analytics.

Do not send medical records, diagnoses, treatment histories, identity documents, or urgent care requests. A deletion request for a contact message can be sent through the same form.
